Hello Brave Hearted Stepper, Have you ever experienced a time when you felt invisible? One of my favorite things to do is watch movies. If you have ever watched the Princess Diaries movie, there is a famous quote when the character, Mia, says, "You saw me when I was invisible." It got me thinking; I'm sure many out there feel or have felt invisible. They might be facing low self-esteem, feel unnoticed, feel they don't matter, feel hurt by the loneliness they bear, feel to be soft-spoken because they have a "who is going to listen to what I say anyway" mentality, think if they were not invisible, how would it be? and they question themselves further, do people see me? Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, Take a look at the picture above of today's blog post. With your current patience, can you stack the rocks? At work, there is a snack bowl, and at times there are tootsie pops, and it reminded me about patience. Do you remember the commercial for tootsie pop? Well, there is a child and an owl. The child asks the owl how many licks it takes to reach the center of the tootsie pop (the good chocolate center). [Side note: Yum, I know I'm not the only one getting hungry for eating a sweet.] Returning to the commercial, the owl takes the tootsie pop, licks it, counting 1, 2, 3, (crunch), and biting it to get to the center. At the end of the commercial, it says, "The world will never know." Years ago, I used to have the owl's concept of eating the tootsie, licking it a few times, and (crunch). I couldn't wait anymore to get to the chocolate center. If I were to eat one, I would take my time and reach the chocolate center. How about you? ...
