Today's topic is Be Honest With God. 

The Bible says in Psalm 62:8 NLT, "O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge. Interlude"

Today's Spring Into Action Application is that God can handle your honesty. Brave Hearted faith invites Him into your real, raw emotions.  

Today's Pause, Pray, Take 30! is to pour out your heart honestly to God.
