Brave Blogs | Brave Positioning:  The Prisoner Who Freed Prisoners By Loretta Muñoz Edwards

Image
Greetings Brave Hearted Steppers !  The moment you feel like God has forgotten you is often the place he called you to flourish.  What if God is asking you to do the unthinkable right here? Right where you are.  Paul was in prison, and while he was behind bars he wrote letters. His letters freed people from their own spiritual imprisonment. People that were spiritually captive were being set free because of one man behind a jail cell.  A prisoner who freed prisoners. A lot can happen inside the jail cell.  Often times we dream and hope for a place of freedom and goodness to do Gods work. But what if God is calling you to do it in the most darkest and trapped place? What if God is asking you to plant a seed?  The clarity you seek is not on what you see with your eyes. He shuts everything down including all the noise to get the most out of you.  It’s often in our loneliest moments when we produce the best work of art. Sometimes you feel forgotten ...

Brave Blogs | Brave Positioning — Seeking God with Intention by Rev. Maria Guzman

Hello Brave Hearted Steppers,  There is a difference between casually looking for God and intentionally seeking Him. Brave Positioning, as I said before, is not passive. It is not accidental. It is not waiting for spiritual moments to happen by chance. It is a deliberate alignment of the heart that says, "Lord, I am coming after You on purpose." Jeremiah 29:13 AMP says, "Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."  Jeremiah reminds us God is not far away or hard to reach. He is near, and He wants to be found by you. When you truly turn your hearts toward Him-not halfway, not distracted, but fully-He promises to meet you there. This isn't about doing things perfectly, but about seeking Him with sincerity and intention. God's word is trustworthy. It doesn't change, and it doesn't fail. So you can live with confidence, knowing this is true: When y...

Brave Blogs | Brave Positioning - Positioned in His Care by Rev. Maria Guzman

Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, Trusting God While Taking Brave Steps Forward As Brave Hearted Steppers, we are constantly moving—walking by faith, growing through seasons, and striving to take Brave Hearted steps toward all God has called us to do. But if we are honest, sometimes in the movement of our lives, we can become so focused on the next step that we forget Who is sustaining us along the way. There are moments when the journey feels heavy. Moments when responsibilities pile up, the unknowns feel overwhelming, and the pressure to keep moving forward becomes exhausting. In those seasons, we may find ourselves trying to carry everything alone—believing that if we just push harder, plan better, or hold on tighter, we can make it through. But Brave Positioning reminds us of this truth: we were never meant to walk this journey without resting in God’s care. Scripture tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” God does not simply watch us from a d...

Brave Blogs | Brave Positioning - Standing Where God Has Called You by Rev. Maria Guzman

Image
Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, There comes a moment in every believer’s journey when Brave Alignment is no longer enough—when God begins to shift you from preparation into placement. This is what we call Brave Positioning. Brave Positioning is not about striving for a platform; it’s about surrendering to placement. It is the divine orchestration of your steps, where God positions you intentionally for purpose, impact, and influence. After seasons of Brave Alignment, healing, and growth, God begins to set you in place—not randomly, but strategically.  “And the Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.” — Psalm 37:23 (NLT) What is Brave Positioning? Brave Positioning is the posture of obedience where you: - Stand confidently where God has placed you  - Serve faithfully in the assignment He has given you  - Trust boldly in His timing, even when it feels unfamiliar  It is understanding that where you are is not accidental—it i...

Brave Blogs | New Series begins April 3, 2026

Image
Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, A new month brings a fresh invitation to not only seek God’s will—but to be strategically positioned within it. Beginning April 3, 2026, Brave Hearted Ministry begins a new Brave Blogs series: Brave Positioning. This series calls us to intentionally posture our hearts, minds, and lives in a place where we can clearly hear God, follow His direction, and walk boldly in the spaces He has prepared for us. Positioning is not accidental—it is spiritual, intentional, and necessary for what God desires to do in and through us. Throughout this month, we will take time to reflect, pray, and allow the Holy Spirit to help us: Position our hearts in surrender Position our minds in truth Position our steps in obedience As we do, we will discover that where we stand—and how we stand—matters in fulfilling God’s purpose for our lives. Brave Hearted Reflection: Where is God calling you to reposition yourself so you can fully walk in His purpose this season? May God gu...
