Welcome to Day 18 of our series called "Spring Into Action: Whatever you do, step Brave Heartedly with all your heart - Colossians 3:23"

Today's topic is Stay Focused. 

The Bible says in Philippians 3:13-14 NLT, "13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us."

Today's Spring Into Action Application is that distractions drain your courage. Fix your eyes on what matters most.  

Today's Pause, Pray, Take 30! is to pray for focus and freedom from distractions.
