  Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, I pray that this month's kickoff of the BRAVE series is a blessing to your lives, as it always is for mine. In my previous blog post under this series, I shared BRAVE Boldness: Dare to Trust God's Call. In this blog post, I'm sharing Brave Boldness: Bold steps toward God's promises. When God places a promise in your heart, it often requires a step of boldness to see it come to pass. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us: "For I know the plans I have for you." declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This Bible verse is more than a comforting thought; it is a call to action. God's plans for you are good (can I get an Amen for that?), but they are also purposeful.   Hello Brave Hearted Steppers, As I was thinking of writing this blog, immediately my granddaughter Alessandra came to mind because a week ago, she was memorizing the verse of the bible that states “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, Psalm 139:14” . This is a verse that shouts out who we are in Christ Jesus, and we believe it in the moment, but there is something inside each of us that longs for more. When we look, it’s not more possessions, it’s not more applause, but more of God’s purpose at work in our lives. The word of God reminds us: “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10) . We are God’s workmanship, and not only that, but we are created in Christ Jesus. You are not an accident; you are wonderfully made by the Lord our God. But the enemy uses people to rip you apart, he sends people that doubt you, people that think less about you, people that take away your desires. The enemy even uses your own mind to steal your voice and your passion.  There is a point in our lives as believers where we have to be brave. The type of bravery that perseveres through anxiety, fear, and sadness. The type of bravery that surpasses any form of accusation and guilt.
