Today's topic is Be Present and Brave Hearted. 

The Bible says in Matthew 6:34 NLT, "So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today."

Today's Spring Into Action Application is that worry tries to steal your courage. Trust God with tomorrow and show up fully today.

Today's Pause, Pray, Take 30! is to pray for peace in the present moment.
