Spring into Action by Rev. Maria Guzman
Hello Brave Hearted Steppers,
As the chill of winter is finally going away and the first signs of spring are finally coming forth - the vivid flowers blooming, longer days of sunlight. I don't know about you, but I get renewed energy that comes with it - it's more than just a seasonal shift; it's an invitation. A call to rise, move forward, and step Brave Heartedly into the purpose God has planted within each of us.
Colossians 3:23 reminds us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” This verse isn’t just a motivational slogan; it’s a declaration of how we are called to live: not half-heartedly, not when it’s convenient, not when the path is clear—but in all things, with everything we’ve got, fueled by a Brave Heart anchored in God.
Brave Hearted Steppers understand that bold actions often start with quiet faith. Whether you're stepping into a new role, stepping out of your comfort zone, or stepping back to reassess and realign with God's will, how you take those steps is just as important as where they lead you. Spring is the perfect time to realign your Brave Heart, recalibrate your focus, and renew your commitment to walking with courageous obedience.
Here is how you can "Spring into Action" Brave Heartedly:
1. Plant Seeds of Purpose
Just like gardens start with small, intentional seeds, your boldest steps start with the smallest acts of faith. Ask yourself: What is God nudging me to begin this season? Don’t wait for the perfect conditions—start sowing now.
2. Clear Out the Clutter
Spring cleaning isn’t just for closets. It’s for your mindset, your habits, and your spiritual rhythm. Let go of what’s weighing you down—fear, comparison, complacency—and make space for God’s clarity and joy.
3. Brave Heartedly Step with Intention
Every step you take has power when done for the Lord. Whether you're leading, learning, serving, or resting—do it with excellence and wholeheartedness. When your steps align with your faith, they become acts of worship.
4. Trust the Process
Spring doesn’t arrive overnight. Growth is gradual, but every Brave Hearted step builds momentum. Trust that God is working through your efforts, even when you don’t see immediate results.
5. Encourage Other Brave Hearted Steppers
We were never meant to walk this journey alone. Cheer on your fellow Brave Hearted Steppers, speak life into their dreams, and remind them that their courage counts—even when no one else sees it.
Spring into Action Brave Hearted Steppers!
