Welcome to Day 7 of our series called "Spring Into Action: Whatever you do, step Brave Heartedly with all your heart - Colossians 3:23"

Today's topic is Speak Life. 

The Bible says in Ephesians 4:29 NLT, " Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them."

Today's Spring Into Action Application is to use your words to encourage, heal, and empower. Brave Hearted action includes speaking life over people and situations.

Today's Pause, Pray, Take 30! is to take 30 seconds (throughout your day) and pray for wisdom and love in your words today.
