Brave Hearted Stepper, there are moments when our hearts cry out in ways words cannot express. Sometimes, our deepest prayers come through groans and sighs, a language only heaven understands. Trust that in those quiet, sacred moments, the Holy Spirit is speaking on your behalf.

Pause, Pray, Take 30!
Take 30 seconds (throughout your day) to pray and allow God to speak through your groaning. He knows your heart's cry even when you cannot find the words.
