Expect the Suddenly Life Application
Brave Hearted Stepper, stillness isn't weakness-it's place of deep strength. In a world full of noise and motion, God is inviting you to pause and let Him do the stirring within you. When we quiet ourselves, we make room to hear His voice more clearly and feel His presence more deeply.

Pause, Pray, Take 30!
Take 30 seconds (throughout your day) for intentional stillness. Please know that it can take more than 30 seconds, but 30 seconds of stillness is a start to more time for intentional stillness. No distractions. Just you and God. Let His presence settle your spirit. Journal what you hear, feel, or simply observe in the quiet.

You are Brave Hearted not just when you move, but when you wait with trust (as I said yesterday). Keep stepping boldly-even into stillness.
