Romans 12:2 says “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you in a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Today’s Focus: A Renewed Mind
Life can be busy, overwhelming, and full of situations that challenge our thoughts and attitudes. But we don’t have to allow the pressures of the day to determine how we think or respond. God invites us to allow Him to renew our minds and transform us from within.

Pause. Pray. Take 30!
Take 30 seconds—right now, or anytime today—to ask God to renew your mind and help you respond to life’s challenges in a way that honors Him.

Sample Prayer:
“Lord, renew my mind today. When my thoughts become overwhelmed, help me refocus on Your truth. When my emotions tempt me to react, give me the wisdom to respond in a way that honors You. Transform my heart, guide my thoughts, and help me walk in Your will. Thank You that I don’t have to navigate this day in my own strength. Continue Your transforming work in me. In the name of Jesus, Amen.”
